Unlike real estate agents, we exclusively represent corporate tenants, never landlords.  We will manage the whole process of finding and securing the office space you require from end to end, acting as your single point of contact for all aspects of the project.  

Our only objective is to negotiate the best terms for you, not only with the landlord, but also with any providers that we engage on your behalf as part of the program.

• Take your requirement to the market via pre-selected specialist real estate agents
• Shortlist candidate premises & present them to you
• Accompany you on property viewings
• Negotiate optimum terms for you
• Engage our commercial conveyancing lawyers to act on your behalf
• Arrange an inspection report from a chartered building surveyor
• Arrange any further inspections as are advised and approved by you
• Oversee & manage the entire transaction through to closing

Saunders 1865 will manage the readying of the new premises for your occupation in terms of furnishings and layout.  This would entail our obtaining competitive proposals from space planning and design specialists, quotations for the required furnishings and any related services.  You decide which bids to accept and then we implement and manage the entire process for you, again acting as your single point of contact throughout.
