Apparently there are corporations, and even some relocation agents, that still haven’t heard that the UK government has killed stone dead the major tax benefits that made the Premium Leases so attractive.

The Premium Lease was utilized by many high level Employees in Employer-provided UK housing.  Since its termination, we’ve been inundated with enquires from corporations wanting to know how they should deal with their Premium Leases that are coming up for renewal.
