In the late 1970s Tony joined "Charles Saunders & Son", an Estate Management & Chartered Surveying practice that was established in Victorian London by Mr Charles Saunders in 1865.

Tony worked his way through all departments of the firm - property management, real estate sales, rentals, appraisals & surveying - and ultimately ended-up at the head of the firm.

In the late 1980s, Tony took the practice into the business of corporate relocation - under the brand "Saunders 1865". Specializing in international employee transfers, the business immediately enjoyed outstanding success and now counts many leading global corporations amongst its clients.

Saunders 1865 helps major corporations transfer their people internationally. The company provides high calibre relocation services that send a strong message to clients’ transferees that they are greatly valued by their organizations.

Worldwide ERC Board of Directors & Foundation Trustee:

In 2003 Tony was honoured by being appointed the first non-American Director to the Board of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC).

Headquartered in Washington DC, Worldwide ERC is the world’s professional association for the global relocation industry and is a highly respected &influential non-profit organization. Tony is also on the Board of Trustees for the Worldwide ERC Foundation.
